CARLO ESPIRITU, PRINCIPAL

Carlo provides strategic direction and over 20 years of technical cybersecurity experience leading Triple Point Security’s practice across public sector and commercial organizations. He brings expertise is in developing cloud computing security solutions, leading enterprise information security programs, designing and implementing complex cybersecurity infrastructures, and business development to Triple Point Security’s public sector and commercial client engagements.

He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and his professional experience includes prominent companies such as EDS, VeriSign, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte, where he provided penetration testing, security operations management, threat management, digital forensics, strategic planning and cloud computing security services for a number of high-visibility client engagements in the defense, law enforcement, and healthcare markets. Carlo contributed to the development of the Cloud Security Alliance Guide where he co-authored the Cloud Computing Architectural Framework and Incident Response domains for multiple versions of the document.

Carlo is an avid technologist and enjoys developing creative solutions for unique client challenges.

ANGELI E. MILLER, OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Angeli supports various operational areas of the firm and contributes to the implementation of strategic initiatives in support of the company’s objectives. She collaborates with various business and community partners to continuously improve the overall performance and effectiveness of key business functions such as Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, and Recruiting.

She is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and her professional background brings almost 10 years of business development and marketing experience from a variety of organizations including UltraDNS/Neustar, SAVVIS Communications, Huthwaite, the Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association, among others, which has cultivated her customer-focused service delivery.

Angeli joined Triple Point in 2015 and enjoys contributing to the growth of this dynamic small business and developing an adept, creative, and diverse team. She is involved with the Loudoun Chamber’s GovCon Committee whose mission is to create lasting relationships and teaming opportunities within the local government contracting community in Loudoun County and surrounding areas.

BRIAN BATAILLE, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Brian is responsible for providing strategic direction and coordination across multiple engagements of the firm. He brings Big 4 consulting experience to Triple Point Security’s public sector and commercial client initiatives in the areas of risk management, governance, compliance, and cyber readiness.

Brian has supported several highly-visible programs within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Treasury, and the National Institutes of Health providing security consulting and advisory services for security process improvement, information security program support, vulnerability management, data protection, and application of the Risk Management Framework. Brian is a father of four and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He received a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.

ANDREW KULAK PH.D., DEVSECOPS SOLUTIONS

Andrew provides DevSecOps and project management support to Triple Point engagements in the local and federal public sector as well as in the private sector. During his time with the firm, Andrew has worked with clients including the NIH and Fairfax County Government. His areas of focus include security research, cloud security engineering, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security automation development. Andrew has over fifteen years of professional experience spanning multiple industries and verticals including financial services, retail sales and management, and higher education research and teaching in addition to information technology operations and security consulting.

Andrew holds a Master's Degree and Ph.D. as well as an interdisciplinary graduate certificate from Virginia Tech, where he studied technical communication and human-centered design. As a graduate student, he was a top 100 finisher and recipient of a scholarship as part of the SANS Institute CyberStart Virginia cybersecurity competition. He earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Notre Dame. Andrew is an adjunct professor with the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech, Amazon Web Services (AWS) certified, and a Software Carpentries badged instructor. His research has been featured at regional, national, and international conferences.

EBO C. BINEY, GOVERNANCE RISK AND COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS

Ebo is responsible for providing strategic direction around cloud security, business development, and talent management for the firm. He brings Big 4 consulting experience to Triple Point Security’s public sector and commercial client engagements in the areas of risk management, governance, compliance, cyber readiness, and cloud security. Prior to joining the firm, Ebo worked at Capital One, Accenture, Deloitte, E&Y, and AWS, where he provided security operations management, Cloud Governance Risk and Compliance, Technology Strategy, and Material Tech Change for several high-visibility client engagements in the defense, education, labor, and commercial markets. Ebo holds several professional certifications, including PMP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, AWS-SAA, and ITIL.

Currently, Ebo is an MBA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business. He also graduated from Towson University with a master’s degree in Information Technology and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Security and Assurance.
